Our aim is to provide you with the highest quality materials sourced from British manufacturers where possible. Your satisfaction is of paramount important to us, so all our kits are guaranteed. We are always happy to help and advise on your stitching needs.
Colour Reproduction
The colours shown on the web site are as true to the original designs as possible. However if you require an exact colour match so that the design compliments your furnishings, please contact us and we can provide a colour swatch for a small cost.
Skill Level
Every design has been assigned a skill level to indicate its complexity. These are explained below: -
| Skill Level | Complexity |
| 1 |
Ideal for beginners and novices. Large areas of single colours. Often a larger scale of canvas or Aida is used. |
| 2 |
Slightly more demanding due to the number of colours used. Additionally overstitching may be included. |
| 3 |
The pattern is more complicated than skill level 2 and uses a larger number of colours and in some cases different types of thread. They often include colour mixing and overstitching. A variety of stitches may be used. |
| 4 |
A complex pattern with a greater number of detailed areas plus overstitching and colour mixing. An excellent choice for the more experienced needle worker. |
Gift Wrapping
We provide a gift wrapping service if you want to send a kit (s) as presents. Each kit is individually wrapped in a good quality paper and finished with a ribbon and bow. This is available in either pink or blue at the cost of £2.00 (£2.35 including VAT).
Delivery Charges
Our products are dispatched by first class post to UK destinations. We use a variety of methods for other countries. Below is a list of delivery charges. We are currently not in a position to offer an overnight delivery option.
