Important Information
Our kits contain needles which are sharp! Care should be taken at all times and there should be adequate supervision by an adult when children are making the kits. These are not toys and should not be given to very young children.
Skipper Design Company has a positive approach towards the environment and seeks to minimize the impact it has on such things as packaging waste. There is a policy to recycle as much as possible including packaging. The Company takes a responsible attitude towards good governance. In this respect it has a policy to source as many components as possible from local and British companies.
Delivery
We hold the most popular products in stock. Other kits are made to order so please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Goods are dispatched via first class post or equivalent means. We are currently not in a position to offer an overnight delivery option. All our kits are guaranteed. If you receive a product that contains a fault, please contact us and we will rectify it.
Delivery Charges
Our products are dispatched by first class post to UK destinations and equivalent methods for all other countries. Please add delivery charges to your total order value as shown in the chart below.

For example: - You live in the U.K. and wish to purchase a cushion kit and have it sent to a UK address. The kit costs £38.50 (including VAT), so the post and packing cost is £3.50, making the total order cost £42.00.
Order Form
Please click on the link below to print out an order form in either MS Word or as an Adobe pdf. Send the order, together with a cheque for the full amount in £ sterling, made payable to: - “SKIPPER DESIGN COMPANY” to the address on the order form.
The minimum order value is £5.00 sterling excluding VAT and delivery. Prices of the kits are shown with and without VAT (sales purchase tax) currently at 17.5%.
UK Customers must pay the price including VAT. We welcome orders from overseas, but customers should be aware that there may be import duty on receipt, in some non E.U. countries.
