Skipper Design Company has been designing and manufacturing quality counted needlework kits for over eighteen years. As professional artists and designers, our aim is to provide you with exciting and interesting  needlework kits. Many of our designs have an East Anglian theme, others are more general. They range from designs suitable for  beginners, to more complex ones for experienced needle workers. 

We specialise in charted needlework kits because we believe these provide a greater level of accuracy when being stitched. In the majority of kits we provide an actual sample of yarn next to the chart code. This ensures that the correct colour is always used and gives more confidence to the inexperienced needle worker. 

Each kit contains clear easy to follow instructions. To help you choose a design, we have assigned a skill level (1 to 4) to each design. For information on skill levels click onto our Products page. 

We think that the results of stitching a charted kit are stunning.
